27 jan 2012.Morning between 7.30a.m ,my family and i were at 'JABATAN PENDAFTARAN NEGARA' to change the new ic,this why early in the morning we are here.Then,our number is over 1028until 1033.When the number at 1013……some terrible things happened……the computer system was jam……OMG.We decided to wait……one hour pass……two hour ……three hour……until 12p.m,we cannot wait anymore.So almost half day wait for the number……nothing was done,just wait,wait and wait
